What to do if the shipment arrived damaged?
- Do not panic! We are here to help you resolve the issue.
- Do not reject the shipment. Why not?
- Most damages are limited to a portion of the order and can be replaced quickly. Rejecting the shipment, can further damage the other parts and delay the solution.
- There will be a transit time until the rejected shipment arrives at the origin and that can delay the investigation and therefore solution.
- Note the damage in the receiving ticket
- Take pictures
- File a claim
