Is a hollow core bifold door trim-able in width & height?

Yes, it is possible, but not too much as the core is Hollow and there is only 3/4" hardwood available all around the door.

We can trim the wid up to 1/2" (1/4" from each side) 

Also cutting down the height is possible up to 2"
