I would like to cancel my order. What to do?

Here is our policy for the Refund & Cancelation

Orders may be canceled if written notice of cancellation is provided to US Door within three (3) business days of placement of the order and the order has not yet shipped. A ten percent (10%) cancellation fee will apply to all canceled orders. 

All custom orders, including custom-size, prehung and prefinished are made to order and are NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION or refund where production has already commenced
